Rules and Regulations 

1. Eligibility:
   - Open only to citizens or legal residents of the United States aged 21 years or older.
   - Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children) of Underwood Ammo (the “Sponsor”) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising agencies are not eligible.
2. Entry:
   - No purchase necessary to enter or win
   - To enter, complete the online entry form
3. Prizes:
   - The prizes are one of three firearms or Underwood Ammo
   - The winner must pass all required background checks for firearm possession.
   - There is no cash equivalent for the prize.
   - The winner must be present to win and claim the prize within 5 minutes after his or her name is drawn.
4. Winner Selection:
   - The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
   - The drawings will take place on May 17th, 18th & 19th at 1:00 PM daily at Underwood Ammo’s Booth.
5. Tax Obligations:
   - Winners are required to pay taxes on any prizes won.
   - Prizes valued over $600 will result in the issuance of a 1099 form by the Sponsor.
6. Firearm Transfer:
   - Guns offered as prizes must be transferred to a Federally Licensed Firearm Dealer.
   - The dealer will handle the registration process for the new owner.
